Russia, the present. The story of the three Vlasov siblings, Lena, Lyosha, and Olenka continues. Their father, Sergey Ivanovich Vlasov, who, unknown to anyone, had been rescued from the disaster at sea where all had thought he had perished, has returned home alive.
